We started with Transformer Based Ultrasonic Circuits which were dominant those days. Keeping in  Eventually by 2000. we were successful in commercializing Transformer. These provide more power and cleaning efficiency and are also easy to maintain & Time savings.

In 2011, the full equipped fabrication unit was started. There was no need to depend on other vendors for tanks and outer body of machines. This helped us in decreasing our delivery period.

Your machines undergo following production stages:

• Tank, tank covers, Generator Box are fabricated.
• Simultaneous with fabrication, Modular tested before being wired in Generator.
• Once Generator Box is ready it is under taken for wiring.
• Transducers are bonded to tanks.
• Once transducer bonding is done, machine is under taken for testing.
• After rigorous testing of two days Ultrasonic Cleaner is ready to pack and dispatch.
